Red Hawk Singers and Dancers to Present Educational Program at Plimoth Patuxet Museums

Event to take place as part of A Fall of Music Series & The Return of the Best Night of The Week

Plymouth, Massachusetts (October 3, 2025) – Plimoth Patuxet Museums is pleased to present an educational program by Red Hawk Singers and Dancers on Tuesday, October 7, from 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm in the evening. The event will take place at the Museum’s Craft Center Pavilion amongst sweeping ocean views, as part of the popular A Fall of Music Series & The Return of the Best Night of the Week.

Since 1996, the Red Hawk Singers and Dancers have been one of the United States’ leading Native American performance groups. They have traveled the world to promote their message of Indigenous values and to make true connections to many different cultures, communities, groups, and organizations. The Red Hawk Singers and Dancers provide a variety of formats to share the ways of the Wampanoag People. Each presentation is an educational program that includes song, dance, and teachings about the virtues of humility, respect, identity, and self-care.

“We are honored to welcome back the Red Hawk Singers and Dancers, who come from my own community,” said Malissa Costa (Mashpee Wampanoag), Associate Director of Indigenous Outreach and Guest Experience. “Each performance carries the strength of our traditions, brings people together, and showcases Wampanoag culture. Guests can look forward to a wonderful performance and an experience that they will truly enjoy.”

The 2025 A Fall of Music Series is a continuation of 2024 and 2023’s Indigenous Voices Series, made possible in part thanks to the generous support of the Town of Plymouth Promotions Fund and the Visitors Services Bureau. Tickets are available at the door. $5 event admission for all, free for Plimoth Patuxet Members, and children 5 and under. Guests are encouraged to bring chairs or a blanket to sit on during this outdoor event.

Plimoth Patuxet Museums is open seven days a week, 9 am - 5 pm, now through the Sunday following Thanksgiving Day.
