As Plimoth Patuxet approaches a number of significant anniversaries and milestones, our Guest Services team is looking for enthusiastic and motivated staff to provide world-class customer service to every guest that visits our museum sites!

Plimoth Patuxet's Guest Services team provides world-class customer service as we process admission and attend to the needs of visitors at all of our living history museum exhibit sites. The Museum's Guest Services Associates provide a positive, friendly and welcoming environment by initiating engaging and informative interactions in which Museum guests of all ages can explore history according to their own interests. Guest Services Associates anticipate and provide information and process transactions for ticket sales and memberships, assist with questions on dining, directions, and all other guest queries.

Prior register experience and public front-facing interaction, preferably in a museum setting, is preferred but not required. Hours are 9am - 5pm, four or five days per week, one weekend day is required.
