Mayflower II is Setting Sail and You Could Be Aboard!

Mayflower II has been shipshape and maintained in Bristol fashion following her stem-to-stern restoration, ensuring her educational mission stays sea-worthy and sails far into the future. With a gift of $5,000 to support her maintenance fund, a ticket aboard Mayflower II for a truly remarkable and unforgettable sail will be yours!

Sail Through History Aboard A National Treasure

On Friday, August 8th, Mayflower II will be celebrating a week of sea trials and her renewed United States Coast Guard certification with a day sail in Cape Cod Bay, and we'd love to have you aboard for this extraordinary experience.

The ship will depart under tow from State Pier at 9:00 am. Once clear of the harbor the tug boat will cast off Mayflower II, and the ship will set and cruise Cape Cod Bay for what Plimoth Patuxet hopes to be an exceptional day at sea. Following the sail, the tug boat will once again assist Mayflower II to ensure a safe return to her berth in Plymouth Harbor.

“No vessel can compare with the fame of Mayflower. Her story looms large in our Nation’s imagination. She holds the preeminent place in American history as the wave-rocked cradle of our liberties.” - Henry Culver
