A Stitch of Gratitude
With broad volunteer support, Plimoth Patuxet Museums hosted Spinning & Weaving Week during the second week of October. Guests threaded their way through history with enhanced programming, enjoying demonstrations and hands-on educational activities.
Plimoth Patuxet recently welcomed museum guests of all ages to enjoy an expanded roster of daily offerings as it hosted Spinning & Weaving Week during the second week of October. Dedicated volunteers and staff engaged museum visitors through textile art demonstrations underscoring the way in which Indigenous and European people who lived along these historic shores of change during the 17th century created textiles with various materials.
With a stitch of gratitude, Plimoth Patuxet gratefully acknowledges the dedicated volunteers whose support of Spinning & Weaving Week was invaluable
