In this hands-on class, you’ll learn how to make “loaves of cheese curds,” a sweet baked dish made with fresh curds, flour, spices, and eggs, and topped with a rich icing. Bake your loaf in our wood-fired oven and enjoy a warm, hearty taste of history. - Crown Your Head: Sewing a 17th-Century Coif or Nightcap

Step back into the 17th century and create a historically inspired linen coif or nightcap in this hands-on sewing workshop. Participants will cut and hand-sew an unembroidered linen cap while learning period-appropriate techniques such as hemming, felling, and insertion stitches. - Pottery Workshop: 17th-Century Reproduction Plates

Under the instruction of Plimoth Patuxet Museums' Artisan Potter, participants will decorate two plates using the 17th-century techniques of slip trailing and sgraffito.
