Bringing History to Life for Over 10,000 Young Learners
In 2025, The Children’s Fund enabled 10,159 students to experience history firsthand with Plimoth Patuxet Museums. Essential donor support helped these young learners explore the Museum's living history sites, interact with educators, and connect classroom lessons to real-world experiences, creating lasting academic and personal impact.

Plimoth Patuxet Museums celebrates being awarded $60,000 in grant funds from the Massachusetts Office of Travel & Tourism. The funds, in conjunction with an earlier award of $200,000, will support efforts celebrating Plymouth’s ties to the roots of our Nation in honor of the 250th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence.

On October 15, 2022, Plimoth Patuxet marked our 75th anniversary with a celebratory program, An Evening with David Brooks, featuring the best-selling author who delivered a keynote address. It was a most memorable evening at the Museum commemorating seven and a half decades of living history. Plimoth Patuxet is grateful to our patrons and corporate sponsors for their inspiriting support of the evening and the Museum's educational mission.
